We want you to love your handcrafted velvet pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with tags attached.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (shipping costs are non-refundable)

Shipping

At Velvet Made Studio, every piece is thoughtfully made to order at our workroom in Fall River, Massachusetts. Because our velvet products are cut, sewn, and finished by hand after your order is placed, please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Once your item is complete, it will be carefully packaged and sent out with tracking so you can follow it on its way to your home. Creating each piece individually allows us to ensure the quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that our velvet products are known for.
