Shipping policy

At Velvet Made Studio, every pillow and cushion is cut, sewn, and finished by hand in our workroom in Fall River, Massachusetts. Because each piece is made to order, please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships. This ensures every item meets the quality and craftsmanship our customers expect.

  • All products ship within 5–7 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped with tracking so you can follow its journey to your home.

 


Orders Shipping Internationally

Velvet Made Studio is happy to ship our products internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and destination of your order. Most orders ship via trusted carriers such as FedEx or UPS to ensure reliable delivery.

All product prices and shipping rates are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include any duties, customs fees, taxes, or import charges, which are the responsibility of the customer and are paid directly to the carrier or local customs authority.

Please note that shipping rates shown at checkout are estimates. In rare cases, if the final carrier rate differs significantly due to package size or destination, we may contact you regarding any necessary adjustments before shipping your order.
